{"id":3019,"date":"2025-05-29T10:53:30","date_gmt":"2025-05-29T10:53:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/htr.rs\/?p=3019"},"modified":"2025-05-29T10:59:18","modified_gmt":"2025-05-29T10:59:18","slug":"htr-refractories-potpisnik-inicijative-partnerstvo-za-ravnopravnost","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new-site.htr.rs\/sr\/htr-refractories-potpisnik-inicijative-partnerstvo-za-ravnopravnost\/","title":{"rendered":"HTR Refractories potpisnik inicijative &#8222;Partnerstvo za ravnopravnost&#8220;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Sa velikim zadovoljstvom vas obave\u0161tavamo da je HTR Refractories postao jedan od potpisnika inicijative &#8222;Partnerstvo za ravnopravnost&#8220; u okviru zna\u010dajnog projekta \u201eUnapre\u0111enje ravnopravnosti u oblasti rada i zapo\u0161ljavanja \u2013 Zajedni\u010dka inicijativa za ravnopravnost na radnom mestu\u201c koji sprovodi Poverenik za za\u0161titu ravnopravnosti uz podr\u0161ku Nema\u010dke organizacije za me\u0111unarodnu saradnju &#8211; GIZ.<br><br>Projekat ima za cilj da podigne svest i unapredi praksu u vezi sa jednakim mogu\u0107nostima na tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada, kao i da podstakne poslodavce da razvijaju inkluzivne politike zapo\u0161ljavanja, zasnovane na po\u0161tovanju ljudskih prava, razli\u010ditosti i ravnopravnosti. Poseban akcenat stavlja se na suzbijanje diskriminacije i podsticanje jednakog tretmana zaposlenih bez obzira na njihovu polnu, etni\u010dku, starosnu, zdravstvenu ili bilo koju drugu li\u010dnu karakteristiku.<br><br>Kao dru\u0161tveno odgovorna kompanija koja posluje u zahtevnim industrijskim sektorima, HTR Refractories se od samog po\u010detka zala\u017ee za stvaranje radnog okru\u017eenja u kojem svaki zaposleni ima priliku da se razvija i doprinosi punim kapacitetom. Verujemo da su razli\u010ditosti me\u0111u ljudima izvor snage, inovacija i uspeha, te da je inkluzivnost neophodan preduslov za odr\u017eiv razvoj savremenih kompanija.<br><br><strong>Na\u0161 cilj je da gradimo radno okru\u017eenje u kojem svako mo\u017ee da se ose\u0107a po\u0161tovano, prihva\u0107eno i podr\u017eano.
